Can you coordinate deliveries across multiple project sites?

Yes — that's most of what we do at this scale. We split shipments by phase and site, time them to your GC's schedule, and consolidate paperwork so your ops team gets one invoice per site.

How much do we actually save vs US distributors?

Typically 20–50% savings on landed cost — because you buy direct from the factory, at the factory price. Real number depends on category, volume, spec, and how your current sourcing is set up. We give you a firm number after seeing your spec sheet.

Do you handle US compliance and code approval documentation?

Yes. We pre-verify factories that carry ANSI/CUPC (plumbing), UL/ETL (lighting), and ASME (hardware) certifications, and pull the docs for your inspector before they ask.

What's the timeline for a typical multi-site FF&E project?

4–6 weeks for spec + supplier lock. 8–14 weeks production + shipping depending on category (cabinets/stone are longer, lighting is shorter). We build a phase-by-phase Gantt so nothing sits in a container yard.

Do you protect us if something arrives non-compliant or damaged?

Yes. Every container has pre-shipment QC by our team with photo evidence. If something arrives that shouldn't have, we own the replacement or credit conversation with the factory — you don't fight it alone.
